Bethany Vacations: We’ll keep the light on and the hearth warm for you.

Finding a truly great vacation rental shouldn’t be this hard. Too often, homeowners turn Grandma’s old house into a rental, dust off the 1960s furniture, and hope for the best. The photos look decent online… until you arrive to sagging mattresses, threadbare linens that predate the Nixon era, and a “welcome” note that says “call this number if the hot water doesn’t work.” A bad rental can ruin the entire trip. The best ones, however, become part of the story you’ll tell for years. They turn good family vacations into the kind of memories everyone still talks about a decade later. That’s why we created Bethany Vacations. We started as a long-term property management company, but after hearing one too many vacation horror stories, we knew we could do better. Today we proudly manage nearly 100 properties across the Black Hills with nearly a decade of short-term rental experience and a system built specifically to eliminate the usual headaches. Here’s what sets us apart:

Our own in-house cleaning team: No contract cleaners. Every property follows a detailed, consistent checklist so you never walk into someone else’s mess.
Dedicated handymen on staff: If something needs attention, one of our team members handles it quickly instead of the first available stranger who will need help navigating the property. You just let us know the issue and walk away.
We own a local laundromat: Every stay starts with crisp, hotel-quality linens and fresh toiletries — never reused or questionable.
Service you can actually trust. We also manage several local boutique hotels, so we know exactly what high standards look like.

The result? You show up, check in, and immediately start making memories — instead of managing problems. Come explore the outdoor playground we call the Black Hills. Spend your days making stories with your family. Leave the rest to us. Bethany Vacations – Where worry-free stays begin.
