Kitchen: 
This beautiful kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a charming coffee bar. The spacious layout makes it a perfect space for cooking and dining. Equipped with modern amenities and elegant décor, this kitchen is ideal for both short stays and extended getaways. Enjoy the convenience and style of this well-appointed culinary space during your stay.

Bedrooms: 
Each bedroom boasts a queen bed, closet with hangars, linens, and wood floors for a cozy night's rest. The Central heat and AC make it comfortable temperatures while you sleep! 

Bathroom: 
The nicely tiled bathtub/shower combination and large sink make it perfect for getting ready or relaxing after a long day. Towels are provided along with makeup rags, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. 

Outdoor Features You'll Love:
Unwind in the large hot tub, gather around the Solo fire pit with cozy seating, and enjoy outdoor meals at the picnic table. A propane grill is also available for your use! We provide one propane tank, but please note that refills and grill cleaning are not included between stays. Feel free to bring any additional supplies you may need and make the most of your time outdoors!

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner. 

Smoking:
No Smoking or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50' of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges. 

Pets: 
*No pets please*

Quiet Hours:
Please be respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 10pm and before 8am. 

General Damages:
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety:
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other:
The space you are booking is for up to 3 people. More than three people are allowed in the home but not recommended. 
No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

Consumables:
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: 
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately. 

Crime and Drugs:
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately. 

Cleaning: 
Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it however if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property. 

Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else such as coloring on walls, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items. 

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.

The location was perfect for our motorcycle trips, and the hot tub was an added bonus—just what we needed to relax and soak after a long day of riding. The inside of the property was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the property is a bit older and the exterior could use some attention, it was perfect for our needs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the road. We would definitely recommend it to other motorcycle travelers looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay!"

The beds have memory foam mattresses that offer little support; we didn't find that comfortable. Unfortunately, the hot tub didn't have fresh water; it foamed up excessively and the water wasn't clear. I suspect the previous guests used some kind of product in it. We couldn't use it, which was our main reason for renting the house for three nights. If you're into motorcycles, the location is perfect for visiting the bars in Sturgis."
