Welcome to your Black Hills home base. House #4 is a freshly updated end-unit, 2-floor townhome designed for comfort, sunlight, and breathing room. You only share one wall, the views open up behind the home, and everything inside was refreshed for 2025. It’s the perfect mix of quiet privacy and a convenient in-town location.

Whether you're here for hiking, work, a long stay, or just a weekend reset, this cozy, modern space makes it easy.

This modern end-unit townhome gives you the privacy of a standalone space with the convenience of a small four-home building. You’re tucked at the very end of the row, so you only share one wall and get a quieter, more private stay.

Step inside using your unique, never-before-used door code and walk into a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture and furnishings are brand new as of October 2025. It’s spacious, comfortable, and set up for easy living.

Head upstairs when it’s time to unwind. You’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a full bathroom right at the top of the stairs. Each room has individually controlled electric heat so everyone can sleep exactly the way they like.

Layout & Amenities

Living Room:
Sofa and comfortable seating for relaxing or streaming your favorite shows.

Dining Area:
Table with seating for four.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, cookware, utensils — everything you need.

Laundry:
Washer and dryer with provided detergents.

Upstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, wall A/C, closet with hangers.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet with hangers.

You will have the entire space all to yourself and one dedicated parking space. There’s no space for a trailer at this rental, and the turn into the property is a bit tight.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is good for 4 people. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Another six to eight towels dirty on the bathroom closet floor.   Excellent WIFI and smart TV. Nice washer and dryer. Large refrigerator and freezer. Location on west side of Rapid City was convenient to Black Hills; however the property was directly behind a liquor store and seedy motel. Only one AC in the entire home upstairs in a bedroom. It kept throwing the breaker during the heat of the day. I would suggest that owner add a small window unit in kitchen during summer months. They are very inexpensive at Walmart. Bed was very uncomfortable for me and so was the couch. There is no covered parking at this property and it hailed four times during my stay. The outdoor patio was nice in the mornings because there was shady stand of trees and small creek that ran behind this unit. I saw a young buck deer in velvet 3 different mornings from the patio. I rented this unit for thirty days."

There were dirty towels left behind from a previous guest as well as bits of food left on the kitchen floor. The floors squeak very loud when you walk through the kitchen and the neighbors sounded like they were having a rodeo on the other side of the shared wall. The pillows were so flat it was like they weren’t even there. The rental is adjacent to a busy liquor store. Worst of all, the place is infested with ants and we continued to find ants in our luggage after our stay. Overall it was unclean and uncomfortable.

They do have nice soaps in the shower and great water pressure with plenty of hot water and some very nice kitchen items (knives, pans, etc)."
