A straightforward, Pet friendly 2-bedroom in a great Sturgis neighborhood, built for people who want a clean, comfortable place to land. If you're here for work, riding in for the rally, or just want a practical home base with a real kitchen and your own driveway, this is an easy pick. Two bedrooms, a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, in-unit laundry, mini-split heat and AC, and pets welcome. It's a lower-level apartment, so you'll hear some noise, and we priced it with that in mind.

This is a comfortable, no-fuss private exterior entry basement apartment set up to do exactly what a good home base should: give you a clean bed, a hot shower, a working kitchen, and your own parking. This is a basement apartment (parking is a private driveway solely for your use. You will need to be able to go down 10 steps to enter property. 

Two bedrooms give you great flexibility. Two king beds give you great sleeping options. Both are simply furnished with fresh linens, nightstands, and lamps.

The living room is an easy place to unwind at the end of the day, with a large sectional, a coffee table, and room to stretch out. Off it, a dining table seats four for a home-cooked meal.

The kitchen is a full kitchen, not a kitchenette: full-size fridge, stove, coffee maker, and the pots, pans, and dishes to cook,. 

The bathroom has a clean, tiled walk-in shower. This is was redone in the summer of 2026 so nice and clean! 

Two things that make this unit punch above its price: in-unit laundry, so you can pack light and leave clean, and your own private driveway parking, which is a genuine convenience in this area.

This is a lower-level (basement) apartment beneath an occupied unit, so you will hear some footsteps and movement from upstairs during the day and evening. It's priced accordingly. If you're a light sleeper who needs total quiet, this may not be your spot, but for most it's a non-issue. It's practical and clean rather than luxurious, which is exactly why it's a great value.
Pets are welcome with a pet fee and following our pet rules.

As professional hosts, we want your stay to be peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing. This is a rustic, no-frills property in a beautiful setting, and we ask all guests to treat it — and others — with respect so everyone can enjoy their time here.

🚭 Smoking & Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere except in the designated smoking area on the south side of the property under the covered picnic area.

If smoking occurs inside your unit, you may be charged for professional cleaning and asked to leave the property without a refund.

🐾 Pet Policy
This cabin is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $75. We allow up to 2 dogs/cats as long as they are fully potty trained, are off the bed and couch, and are not left alone unless kenneled. 

All pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors.

Please clean up after your pet.

Excessive barking must be addressed immediately. If barking cannot be controlled, the dog will need to be removed from the property.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be mindful of other guests and keep voices, music, and TVs low during this time.

🧹 Damages & Cleanliness
Please treat your unit and shared spaces with care.
