Living Room: Relax on the oversized sectional in front of the stunning floor-to-ceiling black shiplap accent wall, featuring a large smart TV and a sleek linear fireplace.

Gorgeous Kitchen: Fully equipped with everyday cooking equipment.

Dining Area: Enjoy family meals at the dedicated dining table (seats 6) with direct access to the back deck.

Primary Bedroom: Retreat to a king bed featuring a private electric fireplace, smart TV, and rustic-modern decor.

Main Bath: A bright, clean space with a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

The Lower Level: 

Second Living Area: Perfect for movie nights or giving the kids their own space, featuring an industrial-style media console and comfortable seating.

2 Lower Level Bedrooms: One with a trendy wood-slat feature wall and modern lighting. The second has bright, cheerful colors, a TV, and a dresser. 

Second Bathroom: Conveniently located off the lower living area for privacy and ease.

Outdoor Living & Extras

Private Backyard: Step outside to a fully fenced yard featuring professional-grade artificial turf, perfect for a clean, mud-free experience year-round. We strung Edison lights to create a magical evening atmosphere for outdoor drinks or dinner.

You will have access to the entire house and yard except for the garage.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

There is an attached secondary dwelling that is rented by traveling professionals. The space is not shared or accessible with the garage between units.

House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner. 

Smoking:
No Smoking or aerosolized substances of any kind are allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50' of the structure, a minimum of $250 fine will be charged, and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges. 

Pets: 
This is not a pet-friendly property. 

Quiet Hours:
Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 9 pm and before 8 am. 

General Damages:
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety:
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other:
The space you are booking is for up to 7 people. More than seven people are allowed in the home but not recommended. 
No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

Consumables:
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: 
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately. 

Crime and Drugs:
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately. 

Cleaning: 
Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it, if your party leaves the property in poor condition, at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property. 

Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else, such as coloring on walls, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items. 

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.

Unfortunately, the house had not been vacuumed very well but the host offered to send housekeeping to rectify when I asked if I could vacuum. We were already settled so I said no. I appreciate that they wanted to make things right. I would like future guests to know that a lot of the windows including the 2 bedrooms downstairs did not have any window coverings.  That is something that we like to have especially at night for street lights and privacy."
