## About this property
A newer luxury home tucked into the pines above Sturgis, built for a group that wants room and a view. Walls of glass frame the hills from a vaulted living room with a stone fireplace. Four king bedrooms and a built-in bunk sleep ten, with two en suite baths. Outside, a wrap-around deck, a covered patio looking out over the valley, and a private hot tub deck. The heated three-car garage is its own game room: ping pong, cornhole, and a big TV. Over 3,200 square feet across two levels.

The main level opens up under vaulted ceilings, with windows on nearly every wall pulling the Black Hills inside. A stone fireplace with a herringbone timber surround anchors the living room, and massive glass doors lead straight out to the deck. The kitchen is the showpiece: a long walnut island, knotty alder cabinetry with lit glass uppers, double wall ovens, gas cooktop, and a walk-in pantry stocked with a stand mixer, crockpot, blender, and coffee urn for feeding a crowd. The dining area seats eight with bench seating, plus six more at the island. A king bedroom with its own en suite and a full laundry room round out this floor.

Downstairs is where everyone else lands. A large recreation room with a reclaimed-wood feature wall, a big TV, and leather seating makes the second gathering space. Three more king bedrooms sit on this level, each with reclaimed-timber headboards and warm lighting, one with its own en suite. A built-in bunk framed in reclaimed beams tucks into the hall, a favorite with kids.

Outside

The wrap-around deck follows the house through the pines, with a gas grill and room to spread out. Below it, a covered patio with table seating looks out over the valley and the hills beyond, shaded and cool on a summer afternoon. The private hot tub sits on its own covered deck surrounded by trees.

The garage

The heated three-car garage is a legitimate amenity here: epoxy floors, a ping pong table, cornhole, a legit highschool scoreboard, (it works!) and a TV. It's a rainy-day room, a rally-week space for bikes and trailers, and a place to send the teenagers.

The neighborhood & getting around
You're in the hills above Sturgis, One of the nicest golf courses in the Black hills is here. The gorgeous Boulder Canyon Clubhouse is nearby with great food and drink. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, with downtown Sturgis, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, and the northern Black Hills all in easy reach

You will have access to the entire home, no shared spaces minus the owners closet. 

You will access the door through a smart lock with a unique code to your stay.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner. 

Smoking:
No Smoking, Vaping, or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50' of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges. 

Pets: 
This house is not pet-friendly 

Quiet Hours:
Please be respectful of the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 9pm and before 7am. 

General Damages:
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety:
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other:
The space you are booking is for up to 12 people. More than twelve people are allowed in the home but not recommended. 
No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

Consumables:
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: 
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately. 

Crime and Drugs:
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately. 

Cleaning: 
Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it however if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of Bear Property Management. We may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property. 

Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else such as coloring on walls, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items. 

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.
