Welcome to the Lead Lodge. This cozy 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a quiet stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen, enjoy the large bedroom and the hot water. There is one reserved parking space just for you plus one visitor parking space at the condos. We are minutes from Terry Peak, Deadwood, and you are downtown Lead already. 

This is a condo property with other similar apartments with full time and vacation rental visitors. Ask us for the inside scoop on things to do nearby!

Pull in after a day on the mountain, park in the spot with your name on it, carry your things straight in on the level, and put the kettle on. No circling the block, no hauling gear up an icy hillside.

That ease is the whole idea here. What you get:

Your own reserved parking spot on a flat lot. In Lead, where most of the town is built into a grade, this is worth more than it sounds, especially between November and April.

A full kitchen, not a kitchenette setup. Full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee nook stocked with mugs, creamer, and sweetener. Three stools pull up to the breakfast bar. Cook a real breakfast before an early lift, or put together dinner after a long day instead of going back out.

A comfortable living room built for actually relaxing. A large flat-screen, a sofa, two recliners, and a framed Black Hills map on the wall. There’s a shelf of DVDs, which guests have a lot more fun with than they expect, plus cards and games for the kids.

A quiet bedroom with a queen bed, closet space, and room to unpack and settle in rather than live out of a suitcase.

A full bathroom with a tub and shower, fresh towels, and a TV on the wall if that’s your thing.

This is a one-bedroom apartment in a well-kept residential building, so you’ll share the entry and hallway with neighbors in the way you would at any small apartment house. Inside your door, the place is entirely yours.

There are a few steps up to the building entrance from the lot.

We’re local and available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
