## About this property
Built into the hillside above Lead with long views over the Homestake Mine, this cabin was made for groups. Four bedrooms with having kids' nooks with real beds. Set across three levels with four bathrooms, laundry, a big kitchen, a bar and foosball, and a playroom for the little ones. Out back, a hot tub and propane firepit face the mine. Deadwood is 3 miles, Terry Peak 6, and unlike most properties in Lead we have FLAT parking and lots of it!!

This is a big, functional cabin for a big group. Three levels, four bedroom, four bathrooms, and enough parking for the whole caravan, in a quiet hillside neighborhood above Lead with views across the Black Hills and the Homestake Mine.

Main floor
The heart of the house. A spacious kitchen  a large double sink, island seating, and a walk-in pantry. The dining room seats a crowd at one table, and tall windows through the main level pull in the light and the view. There's a queen bedroom with its own full bath and a walk-in tiled shower, plus a bunk room with a queen over a queen. One main bathroom and a full washer and dryer set are also on this floor.

Upstairs
Two queen bedrooms, each with a TV, and each with a small enclosed nook tucked behind the closet, separated by a sliding barn door. Both nooks, have a full. Kids claim these instantly. 

Basement
The hangout floor. A living room with a large couch, Smart TV, and a foosball table, with sliding glass doors opening straight to two parking spots. There's a full bathroom, and a small play area stocked with toys, games, books, and cards for the younger crowd.

Outside
The back patio is where the day ends. A hot tub looks straight out at the Homestake Mine, with outdoor seating and a propane firepit alongside. A BBQ grill sits near the front door.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

*This home cools with portable and window air conditioning units rather than central air. At this elevation, nights cool off well, and the units handle the warm part of the day, but we want you to know before you book.

* Pet-friendly with a pet fee, with advance notice of pets coming, and following all pet rules. 

*NO Parties! Any party will result in immediate removal from the property by Police and no refund of remaining nights. 

*Two of the bedrooms are bonus rooms; cubbies, not separate bedrooms. Great for kids or families, not couples or singles.

House Rules

As your Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner. Unfortunately some guests have required us to come up with rules for the property. 

Smoking:
No Smoking or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 25' of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges. 

Pets: 
This house is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $75. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. Additional pet fees will be incurred if there is damage or extra cleaning due to the pet.  Dog waste must be disposed of or fees will apply.  Also, furry feline friends are lovely but unfortunately, we do not accept cats.

Quiet Hours:
Please be respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 9pm and before 7am. 

General Damages:
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety:
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other:
The space you are booking is for up to 14 people. More than fourteen people are allowed in the home but not recommended. 
No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay in writing. While you can have visitors no one but those disclosed on the reservation are allowed after 9pm at the property. 

Consumables:
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: 
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately. 

Crime and Drugs:
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately. 

Cleaning: 
Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it however if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. We base this on the average condition that a guest leaves the property. 

Security and Safety: We strive to provide a safe and secure home. We would stay at this property every day and any time of the day happily. However we do not guarantee security or safety, this is up to you the guest to decide that. 

Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover excessive cleaning, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items. 

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and our neighbors.
