Nestled on a quiet road with a few other vacation rentals and charming homes, you'll enjoy peaceful surroundings while being just a short walk from local favorites like Bunky's BBQ, Crow Peak Brewery, Guadalajara's Restaurant, and The Bees Knees Natural Foods.

Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you'll have everything you need to relax and feel right at home.

-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $250 fee. This is a completely smoke-free home.
-Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
-Dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please include your pets in your reservation and help us keep the home clean for future guests.

We’re available daily from 7 am to 11 pm by call, text, or message, whatever’s easiest for you! After 10 pm, we switch to emergency-only mode, and phone calls are the best way to reach us. Just a heads-up: I’m a deep sleeper, so if it’s urgent, you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, our tiny home offers the perfect balance of convenience and nature. While there are neighboring homes, the front of the property overlooks a wide-open field where it's common to spot deer and wild turkeys wandering by.

You'll be just across the street from Crow Peak Brewery, Bunky's BBQ, and Guadalajara's Restaurant. Enjoy a scenic stroll along the Spearfish Creek walking path just 1 mile away, or head to the Lookout Mountain Trailhead, only 3 miles from your stay, for beautiful hiking and panoramic views.

Parking is free with space for one vehicles to comfortably park. It is a flat gravel parking lot.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, and any other smoking products. Because secondhand smoke can trigger severe asthma for the owner, any violation of this rule will result in a minimum $250 fee.

Pet-Friendly (Pet Fee Applies)
We happily welcome well-behaved dogs! A pet fee applies and must be included in your reservation.

To help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, we ask that you:
Clean up after your pet both inside and outside.
Keep pets off the furniture whenever possible.
Do not leave pets unattended unless they are securely kenneled.
Report any pet-related damage immediately.

Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damages caused by their pets.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damages
If something isn't working properly, please let us know right away so we can address it. Any damages or missing items that occur during your stay are the guest's responsibility. Our cleaning team inspects the property after every stay, and any repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Fire Prevention & Safety
For everyone's safety, please turn off electrical appliances when they are not in use or before leaving the property. This includes space heaters, fans, portable air conditioners, hair styling tools, and device chargers.

Occupancy & Visitors
This home is designed for 1–2 guests. Additional guests or visitors must be approved by us before check-in.

Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or unapproved visitors are not permitted. If a party results in excessive cleaning, property damage, or disturbances to neighbors, guests may be charged additional fees and asked to vacate the property immediately.

Complimentary Items
We may provide complimentary coffee, snacks, or other consumables for your enjoyment. While we do our best to ensure these items are fresh, guests are responsible for deciding whether to consume them.

Illegal Drugs
The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. If illegal activity is suspected, local authorities will be contacted, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately.

- **Olivia** (4.0/5, 2026-10-13): "Overall a decent stay with a good location, however we felt it was not as clean as it could have been. The walls are white which showed lots of stains/dirt on the lower areas. The ceiling fan was caked with dust so we had to refrain from using it during our stay. 
Not necessary related to the cleanliness, but my husband and I killed 14 flies in under two hours on our second night. We eventually gave up on killing them when more kept appearing. The windows were never opened and we didn’t notice any come in through the door when we entered or exited the home. This lead us to believe there was an access point we couldn’t control. Likely tubing from some kind of air unit that was sealed in a window space with tape located next to the table."
