If you want Luxury and space this is it! Ten beds across six bedrooms, two gorgeous living rooms, and a private hot tub in the pines. Perfect for two or three families traveling together. The kids claim the bunk room and the downstairs TV, the adults take the deck, and everyone still sits down to dinner together. Starlink high-speed wifi, two 80-inch smart TVs, keyless self check-in and local hosts. Deadwood, Terry Peak, and Sturgis all work as short day trips from one base.

Here’s what makes sets this one of a kind gorgeous house apart. 

Two separate living rooms, so nobody is fighting over the TV. Upstairs, there is an incredible living room with vaulted ceilings, a (non useable) fireplace and mantle, huge smart TV, and one of kind artwork all from the western world. See what made the West famous. 

If that wasn't enough there is an incredible movie watching living room in the basement with another huge smart TV. The basement gives access to the hot tub on a great oaver base, no walking on dirt while enjoying this how tub. 

The views are incredible from the house. There are only a few houses on this road that are visible from the house. You are surrounded by trees but overlooking an incredible pasture and pond. The deck has furniture is ready for you to enjoy the outdoors. 

When you're ready to sleep we have many great options. Six bedrooms, ten beds, spread across two levels. The king primary is on the main floor with its own sliding doors to the deck and an en suite with a freestanding soaking tub against stacked stone and a separate tiled walk-in shower. It has a bunk bed in the massive walk-in closet so your kids can be close while still in there own room. There is another bunk bed in the main level in a small bedroom off the kitchen. Downstairs holds two queens and three kings, each with its own TV.

A private hot tub and a covered deck. Amish-built dining table for eight, cushioned lounge chairs at the rail, recessed lighting overhead for late nights. The hot tub is yours alone, and on a clear night the sky does the rest.

Starlink high-speed wifi. Enough bandwidth for a work morning, a streaming night, and the teenagers all at once.

Keyless self check-in. You get a door code created specifically for your stay not one that everyone has had for months.

The garage stays locked and is not part of the rental, so plan on parking in the driveway. 

The property is on a gravel road off of Maitland Road. 

No Parties at this house. This is a great neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Any parties will be immediately removed and the guest will be charged the full cost of their reservation, a $500 fine and the cost to clean afterwards. 

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
