Welcome to your group's new favorite lodge, a place where no one has to compromise. Boasting 5 spacious King Bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, TV, and fireplace.

After a day of skiing at Terry Peak or riding the nearby trails, your group can spread out. Gather around the 6-foot gas fire table on the deck, soak in the private hot tub, or head to the community center for a swim in the year-round heated pool. This is how the Black Hills are meant to be experienced.

The Great Room
Step into the heart of the home, a warm and inviting great room designed for gathering and relaxing. Vaulted ceilings with impressive timber beams, a beautiful wood-and-stone fireplace, and plush leather seating create the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring the Black Hills.

Gourmet Kitchen & Dining
Created with groups in mind, this kitchen makes cooking and entertaining effortless. Enjoy leathered stone countertops, fully stocked cookware and utensils, and both red and white wine glasses. With generous counter space, quality appliances, and plenty of storage, preparing and sharing meals is easy and enjoyable.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy beautiful Black Hills living year-round. Soak in the private 6-person hot tub, unwind around the stunning 6-foot gas fire table, or relax by the propane fire pit on the upper deck. We do provide a propane tank for guest use; however, refills are not guaranteed, so feel free to refill if you plan to use it extensively. The kitchen deck also features a grill, making outdoor cooking and dining convenient and enjoyable.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, message, or in person. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please if you are needing an immediate response. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

As a Super host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No smoking permitted. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company, and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 charge.

NO PETS ALLOWED

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damage and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 14 people. More than fourteen people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed in writing before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay.

We may leave consumables for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions, alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

We loved the private hot tub, large fire pit, outdoor grill and dining area, and the beautiful surroundings. Inside, there was something for everyone—ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, arcade games, and plenty of board games. Having access to the heated outdoor pool and clubhouse was another great bonus.

The house was very comfortable for our group. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with great appliances and even an air fryer.

The owners have thought of so many details to make guests feel at home. It was a wonderful place to gather, relax, laugh, and spend time together as a family. We would happily stay here again—and next time, definitely for more than three days!"
