As a Superhost, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We love welcoming guests and helping create wonderful memories, while also caring for the home so it remains in great condition for everyone who stays here. Smoking Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, vaping, or the use of any aerosolized substances is not permitted anywhere on the property, including within 50 feet of the home. Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fee, and guests will be responsible for any professional smoke mitigation costs if required.

Pets
This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Quiet Hours
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, during which noise should be kept at normal conversation levels.

Damages & Maintenance
If anything is malfunctioning or damaged during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly. Any damages or missing items discovered during or after your stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may be billed accordingly.

Fire Safety
For everyone’s safety, please turn off all electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving the home. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair tools, and portable device chargers.

Occupancy & Visitors
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.

Additional visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the home.

Consumables
We may provide complimentary items such as coffee or small snacks. While we do our best to ensure these are fresh, guests are welcome to inspect and consume them at their own discretion. The host is not responsible for consumable items.

Parties & Events
Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties may result in immediate removal from the property and additional cleaning or damage fees.

Illegal Activity
Any illegal activity, including the possession or use of illegal substances, will result in immediate termination of the stay and involvement of local authorities if necessary.

Cleaning & Checkout Expectations
Before checkout, we request that you:
- Hang used towels
- Take trash to the outdoor garbage can
- Wash your dishes

Your cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, disinfecting, laundry, and resetting the home between guests. It does not cover excessive messes, damage, stained linens, broken items, or misuse of the property, which may result in additional charges.

Lastly, this is a privately owned home and part of a shared community, not a hotel. We truly appreciate your care and respect during your stay.

Staying at a quiet place after long days of seeing Badlands, Mount Rushmore, and Black Hills; where these places are within an hour of Jackie's place. The photos on Jackie's listing are exactly the same as  her place. The house is free of cluster and have everything we needed. It has ample of spaces for the 4 of us. We certainly recommend Jackie's place and we will stay there again if we are back in Rapid City."
