Welcome to your perfect Black Hills getaway! This spacious 3-level home offers everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay with family or friends. With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind.

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smokers as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, etc Should this rule be violated we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and guests will be liable for the $2,500 charge.

Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. Any animals that are brought to the property will have a minimum of a $50 fee on their owner's bill.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 11 people. More than eleven people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by the homeowner before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

We may leave consumables such as S’more supplies, coffee, and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We saw deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and turkeys in the yard during our two night stay. Hot tub was nice and clean. Keep in mind there are bedrooms on all three floors with living rooms on two floors. We didn’t really use the bottom floor because we wanted to spend time together. Overall, it worked well for us."

Then we found out that the 2 bedrooms downstairs were adjoined and you had to go through one bedroom to get to the other one. Which was really awkward since we had 3 other couples with us. Had to call them to get supplies like pt, paper towels, hand towels and wash rags since there weren’t enough for all of us. Then the plug ins quit working downstairs half way through our stay. We called and they did come the same day and get that fixed and brought us some supplies."
