Come enjoy a night away in our, cute tiny house (on a foundation). This unique stay will be memorable and fun for everyone! 
This is a small 240 sq ft cabin that was fully remodeled with beautiful touches throughout.  
Pet Friendly - Limited to 1 dog ($75 pet fee) 
NO CATS

Property Rules:

--This property is dog-friendly!  If you plan to bring your dog, you must get pre-approval and pay the pet fee before check-in. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. City law requires dogs to be on a leash while outside and because there are other cottages on the property and potentially other dogs visiting with their owners, it is extra important that dogs be on a leash when outside. Dog waste must be disposed of and any damages or additional cleaning may incur additional fees.  We cannot currently accept cats, birds, etc at this property.

-No Smoking or Vaping of any substances. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping in the property there will be a minimum of $250 added to your stay. The property is smoke free.

-Please respect neighbors by being quiet after 10 pm until 8 am.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 11 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

A mixture of small cottages and houses. Several other vacation rentals are in this neighborhood. It is across the street from the Crow Peak Brewery, KOA campground, Guadalajara's, and Bunkys BBQ. Quiet area with other airbnb's nearby.

Positive: There was no breakfast provided.  We like the tiny home it was set up nicely, however it could benefit by adding hooks for hanging your items and added shelving in the bathrooms.

It was super clean, cozy, and very quiet. Jackie was also incredibly quick to communicate and so kind to let me check in early on the day I arrived.
I highly recommend it for a solo traveler or a couple. I would definitely stay here again!
