Walsh's Studio Cabin

The ceiling fans were very dusty, and Roku tv sucks. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

It was a very clean property just the right size for two people. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.

The tiny home itself is absolutely charming—cute, solid, nicely designed, and a great size for a couple. We really enjoyed the character of the home. Unfortunately, the listing stating there is a “fenced yard for peace of mind” was misleading. We specifically booked this home because we were bringing our little dog and wanted a safe fenced area for her. There is a small front yard and back deck, but NO private fenced yard. The fence behind the property belongs to the neighboring yard. Sadly, our pup spent much of the stay kenneled unless we took her outside on a leash, which also made the $75 pet fee difficult to understand. The couch was quite uncomfortable and the bed pillows were extremely thin, so we were thankful we brought our own. The water had a musty smell, so use the filtered faucet for drinking. The home itself really is adorable and would be a nice Black Hills getaway for a couple. However, if bringing a dog specifically for the fenced yard, I would choose another place.

Great little place. Very communicative and accommodating. Easy check in. It’s small but matches the description. Has everything you need for a home base. Might be a bit overpriced for the space you get, but we were also there over a festival weekend so to be expected.

Cute, cozy, just what we needed! We loved having our morning coffee as well as watching the sunset from the deck. Highly recommend!

The place was very charming with a great location. We will definitely come back!
